By contacting Browns Tree Service via phone, email, website, or text, you consent to receive communications electronically. All agreements, notices, and receipts sent electronically fulfill legal “in writing” requirements.
Browns Tree Service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please only engage with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Browns Tree Service may reference third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for such sites or their content. Reference does not imply endorsement.
Our materials and services must not be used for unlawful purposes. Content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to Browns Tree Service and is protected by law. Do not copy, modify, or use our content without written permission.

We strive for efficient and timely completion of all services but cannot guarantee specific timelines due to weather or unforeseen conditions. Any projected date for service is an estimate. You agree to provide access to the designated property during business hours:

Sunday: Closed
Browns Tree Service reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for violation of our Terms, abuse, or unlawful activities. Notice will be given where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Kansas, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. All claims relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to Kansas jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. The most current version will always apply. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
